Standard sequencing of a single strand
Service entails preparation of the reaction mixture using primers provided by the client or primers prepared by Celther team and sequencing read. Results are delivered in .abi or .ab1 formats. Read length between 250 and 500-600 nucleotides is guaranteed.
Sequencing of long DNA fragment
In this service the DNA matrix is read on both, forward and reverse, strands, using primers delivered by the client. The obtained sequencing read is assembled into a complete sequence, compared to the reference sequence and delivered to the client in the text format (as well as individual .abi and .ab1 files available)
Purification of the sequencing reaction mixture
The client-delivered reaction mixture is purified using BigDye XTerminator Purification Kit (Applied Biosystems) and sequencing read.
Reading of the reaction prepared by the client
Reaction prepared and purified by the client is read directly.
Purification of the PCR products
Difficult to process PCR reaction mixtures can be purified to remove the excess of primers or dNTPs using NucleoSpin Gel and PCR Clean-up kits (Macherey-Nagel).
