CAREER
Celther Poland is a company employing both recent graduates and individuals nearing their retirement.
Every year, Celther Poland offers internships to several students from various universities, mostly for students of Biotechnology at the Medical University of Lodz. The first graduate of biotechnology (the 2nd group of Master's Degree graduates from the Faculty of Biotechnology) was employed at our laboratory in 2013. Since 2015 6 new graduates from Medical University of Lodz have been employed.
Also interns can gain experience in Celther. Furthermore, the company supports the scientific development of PhD students. Since the incorporation of Celther, 7 PhD students have been employed at our laboratories.
Our staff members are graduates from the Medical University of Lodz, University of Lodz, Lodz University of Technology, Silesian University of Technology, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, and Jagiellonian University.

Moreover, we employ people who received their PhD titles at foreign universities - mostly in Germany, as well as those who did long-term postdoctoral internships abroad, e.g. in Japan, Ireland, Great Britain, Germany, and the United States.
Celther Poland employs one professor, nine PhDs, five PhD candidates, sixteen MScs and one physician. Most of the Celther’s staff are biotechnologists, cell biologists, microbiologists, molecular biologists, and chemists. Moreover, we employ specialists with medical and economic background.
