RT 01002 – CLTH is molecule that binds kinase domain of EGFR and EGFRvIII and shows fluorescence. Tested on DK-MG cell line and NCI-H1975 cell line. Specificity was tested with A10 SCBT and L8A4 antibodies.

RT 01003 – CLTH is a combination of molecules designed to eliminate EGFRvIII positive glioblastoma cells. Tested on DK-MG and NCI-H1975 cell lines as well as on BALBc/3T3 cells.

RT 01004 – CLTH is a molecule that inhibits kinase domain of EGFRvIII and can affect dimerization of this receptor. Tested on DK-MG and NCI-H1975 cell lines.
