CELTHER HUMAN ASTROCYTES
Celther Human Astrocytes are normal human cells derived from human induced neural stem cells.
Astrocytes are glial cells found in the brain and spinal cord that play a critical role in maintenance, support, and repair of nervous tissue. They regulate the extracellular ionic and chemical environment, respond to CNS injury, and play a fundamental role in the pathogenesis of ischemic neuronal death.
HUMAN iPS CELLS WITH 21 TRISOMY
We would like to introduce you Celther iPS cells with 21 chromosome trisomy that were generated from cells from patients with Down Syndrome.
These human CLTH/DS iPSCs expressed pluripotent genes and exhibited normal proliferation. Moreover, the CLTH/DS iPSCs can be differentiated into neuronal and endoderm cells.
iPSc WITH CHROMOSOME 18 TRISOMY
Trisomy 18, also called Edwards syndrome, is a chromosomal condition associated with abnormalities in many parts of the body. Celther Polska is going to introduce induced pluripotent stem cells with chromosome 18 trisomy. It will allow to conduct research towards understanding of Edwards Syndrome.
