CLTH/DS - iPS cells were generated from cells from patients with Down Syndrome. The generated cells were identified by in vitro differentiation ability and staining for cell surface specific markers
(TRA1-60 and TRA1-80).
These human CLTH/DS - iPSCs expressed pluripotent genes and exhibited normal proliferation. Moreover, the CLTH/DS - iPSCs can be differentiated into neuronal (CLTH/DS - iNSc) and endoderm cells
(CLTH/DS - endoderm).
(TRA1-60 and TRA1-80).
